Short picture post

My friend Anthony is gonna cosplay as Genesis from Final Fantasy VII and he got his wig today. It is SUCH  good quality (well it was $30 something) compared to my shitty $7 wig AHAHAAAA. I REGRET NOTHING. Anyway, he left it here after me and Amy finished styling it and so I decided to try it on :DDDD

Damn, I love shoujo manga.

Instead of doing my very important English essay, I'm up reading manga and smiling like an idiot and getting and squealy. Gosh, I'm reading Yumemiru Taiyou and it's just got my stomach in knots and making stupid faces because everything is so heartwrenchingly sweet and sad, like "Aww" kind, not "I'M GONNA BAWL MY EYES OUT" type. Ohhhh~ I love a good shoujo manga and that tight, yet fluffy feeling on the inside. (*≧▽≦) !!! If you're a fan of shoujo manga, too, I highly recommend it.

Testing Halloween makeup and stuff.

Since Halloween is coming up, I've been working on some things for my costume, but mostly make up related. Such as de-potting eyeshadows I don't use and mixing them with lotion and tinted moisturizer to put on my arms and legs to get an aqua colored ting to my skin like how mermaids in my imagination do. I plan to draw scales with my glitter eyeliner, but I'll show it when it gets closer to the date.  (⌒▽⌒)

You may remember these from one of my first few posts. I've actually never worn them. (._.|l)

So I added those lashes I cut off onto them and this is the product. (ﾟ∀ﾟ) I really love these.

A preview of how my make up'll look. I wish the colors were vibrant, but everything is still being tested. I probably need a better eyeshadow base, actually.

 I'm really thinking of curling my wig or make it wavy or something. I still haven't decided on an outfit yet. I'll also be needed to make a shell hair clip or necklace or something. And fins to put over my ears, forearms, and calves.

About the layout

I'm gonna try to work on it during the week. Man, I have so much homework to do but I'd much rather spend time working on this haha. So I'll be leaving it white for now. Please excuse it. ( ﾟヮﾟ;;)

EDIT: So  here is the finished product. Very lazy. (-ω-;;) My laptop is still new so I spent forever looking through fonts and brushes for the banner. The whole "cute" look just didn't work out for me (because I obviously frickin suck at editing html and making patterns) （;∀;|l）that aside, this is just more me (not to mention the simplest thing I could possibly do) so I hope you find it easier on the eyes as well. ♥

Homecoming week + Thrifting [pic heavy]

It was homecoming week at my high school and this would be the first pep rally I've ever attended with Jessica, Macie, and Amy. :D They a lot of good performances, but my favorites were these seniors? group of 5 dancing Miss A's Goodbye Baby with a little LMFAO shuffling [video here] and the dance club's mix [video here] because for whatever reason, they can't be embed. :P

 After, I went over to Amy's house to finish my Mandarin homework and eat. Kimchee soup with kimchee on the side lolol. I frickin love the soup. C,:

Friday was game day! Also the first game of any sort that I've gone to. I just thought it would be good idea to do some of those all-American high school things before I graduate. Up next is attending a formal event haha. :)

 I went with Jessica and Macie.

 I sat next to Billy and Dat and they were so frickin excited about everything I don't even watch football and haven't played it since 7th grade so I was like, "WHAT'S GOING ON?" in the first 2 hours lol. (Game was from 5:00pm-10:00pm)

 As you can see it rained a bit during the game and I brought my laptop in case I got bored and so I could catch up on Vampire Diaries lolol.

 On our way home, it started POURING! You can't tell though because I used my umbrella to cover the camera haha. We all got soaked. （･_･) I ended up calling my brother who was near by to pick me up and stayed with him at his friend's house until 11. This really weird fucked up movie called Heavy Metal was on....

Saturday Shelley wanted to go thrifting again to get a denim jacket so I had my brother drive us.

 He had plans with his girlfriend or something so he picked her up along the way and she had MACAROONS!!!! She gave me a mango one (tasted like the real thing, actually o_o) and I got to try the red velvet, and this Japanese citrus fruit. They were soooo good. I really want to pay her back since she told me she never got to try the mango and I ate it all. :C

 So she found it along with a bunch of other stuff like high waisted jeans to turn into shorts, a sheer chiffon shirt, and some other stuff.

This sweater was soooo soft. (* д *) but it's too hot to wear it in every season so I didn't get it. :P But I did end up getting black pants to turn into shorts.

And this lovely wig!! They had a large section dedicated to Halloween that was full of unused/never-worn items and when I saw this wig I just had to get! It falls down to my ribs/waist and is a color that reminds me of Hatsune Miku and mermaids lol. Oh my goshhh I really love it so much, my hair has never been that long before. (*≧▽≦)!!! (If you're wondering about the eye patch, the make up on that one wore off a bit and made it look smaller than the other lol.)

It's 2 in the morning, why am I still awake, goodnight!!☆

Rant+OOTD+Falsies

 School's back and I took the PSAT today. :/ I don't think I did very since I had a total brain-fart on the math portion. (ｏ`皿′ｏ) My grades have been dropping dramatically and it's got me down. Especially considering how I felt really good about my last test and I was sure it would raise my 73%(C-) to at least a B- but I TOTALLY FAILED IT!! My answers were right, the numbers were just in the wrong order! AUGGGHHHH!!!! So I got a 43% (SUPER F)(╬ ಠ益ಠ) This is adding on to my probable D in Chemistry and my almost definite D in Mandarin 2.

Anywho, we had to take the PSAT in our school's auditorium and since I knew I'd be stuck in a freezing theater for 3-4 hours, I decided to dress warm and comfortably. (well warm considering how hot the weather typically is here)

 I finally got another pair of black skinny jeans since my last pair became too constricting. (I got fat lol ^ㅂ^;;) I also practiced gyaru make up some more. I'm thinking about cutting my bangs again. I think it actually suits me more than splitting it down the middle.

What do you guys think?

And yet another problem arises. After taking off the lashes I'm wearing in those pictures, I noticed both broke somehow or another and I didn't notice until afterwards.

Oh well! I cut off the criss-crosses and the broken parts to keep these which I'll be putting onto my other lashes. ( ﾟヮﾟ)

Lazy start to the weekend

Been doing nothing but watching Community suggested by Hiroshi and Kai. Feels so good to be free of work!!! As well as catching up on all these mangas I've missed for maybe an entire year lol. After buying one maxi skirt I want moreee. Maxi dresses included. * v * I still really want heels. :,c

 Jennifer came over and left me to try out her Konad. Harder than it looks on the tutorial.... the nail polish dries pretty quick.

 anddd put on tons of make up without anywhere to go because I was bored. :)
