Same Old Song

I originally planned to do my Christmas shopping on my trip this week, but my parents ended up canceling it last minute, so I spent all of today trying to find things for people with Kelsey.

On The Other Side

I got a couple of jackets from Goodwill for my trip to California, Arizona, and Nevada later this month. I've wanted a parka/anorak type jacket for a while now but most are too thick for Hawaii. This jacket was rather light and suited the weather here so I figure why not where it now?

Hell of a night

The sun comes down earlier these days and I was kind of inspired by American Horror Story to do a creepy shoot. I had my friend, Amy, help me take these pictures in the empty lot near our apartment. I was hoping the grass there had grown tall, but by the looks of it, it'd been recently cut down.

My hands are cold

Yessss. Winter (whatever Hawaii can even consider as winter) is here! I don't get many chances to layer so that's pretty much all I'm excited for. I'm still trying to find ways to wear my summery cropped tanks in this season. :/ Kelsey helped me take these while hanging out after school.

One hour, three miles [PIC HEAVY]

I visit a friend in a far part of town by myself and my other friend suggests I bring my camera to take pictures because the suburban area's pretty nice. I take her up on this and it sure helped me kill time. As I'm walking to the bus stop I see it has no number for me to look up and find out when the bus is coming so I decide to continue walking down that side of the street in case a bus does came by. And I end up walking all the way back home in one hour and not had seen a single bus the entire time. At least I got some good pictures. The prettiest thing I came across was the community garden. As a city kid, it always fascinates me whenever I see real flowers and fruits growing.

Study Session

Since school was out due to the election, me and Kelsey went to Kissaten to study. I'm surprised I got any work done. Sure I may not have finished my study guide, but at least I got a good amount of it filled. I have an Instagram now, so follow me @gildedcrush.
