Swap meet Sunday

As the titles ensues, I went to the swap meet at the stadium on Sunday. I was hoping to find cool thrift pieces, but most of the clothes were for men. However, I did find a couple stalls selling anime merchandise so I thought I'd buy some for my Anime Club as potential prizes. It was soooo much cheaper than the regular stores that sell them. Also, I got 4 bread key chains for $1. Usually they're atleast $3 each, hollaaaaaa.

I got each of these bracelets for $1


This beanie was $5 which is even cheaper than the navy one I have. This one fits better, too.


Me, Chris, and Shelley went to the mall and Sephora had a sale on some of their stuff like select Urban Decay eye shadows which were $6 when they're usually $18. I also got a face washing brush for $3. That aside, I LOOOOVE this burgundy and the blue-ish sheen it has.


I also got this shirt for $8 at Hot Topic. I died when I saw the graphic on it. Sick! Chris and Shelley tried to convince me not to get it, but I was in love with how creepy it looked.

I also got another lipstick. The dark red you see me wearing is Cherry Bomb by Wet N Wild and it's a great pigmented matte lipstick.

More makeup stuff

I spent the earlier half of the day with Shelley going around and buying beauty products, I left my house only planning to buy concealer, but ended up buying some other things.

I completely freaked out when I saw these at Don Quijote. They were only $6!!!!


I also got these hair products, the last 3 are for my wrecked hair. I totally do not regret bleaching the ends, but I wish there weren't so many split ends. I'm glad I finally have a reason to use these type of things, though.


I got myself another the Glamouflage concealer and a box of the lashes!!! I also needed another glue so I thought I'd give this one a try.


Shelley had SAT tutoring so I went home and decided to organize my room. A couple shelves got moved around and so I have this huge empty space on on side. I got an old wooden hanger and hammered some nails in.

Make up haul

Here are just some things I picked up in the last month. Sorry I haven't posted in a while, school has just been so busy especially with homecoming, but it's ended and I'm currently on fall break!

Anyway, here are the things I got.
First is this apricot lip tiny from The Face Shop. And I don't usually buy things from there because to me, they're all about the hype over Korean products, but there was a promotion so I decided to try their things out. I also have always wanted to try the Benefit tints, and this seemed like a good dupe for it.
 

 I also got this face powder from there as well, since the heat here has been wrecking havoc on my make up especially since I don't use a powder and it came with a powder puff which sets powder on to your face better than a brush.

On the left is Rimmel's Lasting Finish Lipstick by Kate Moss in number 11. I've been wanting to get a really dark red lipstick and this one is alright. It's not as dark on the lips, though. The one on the right is MAC's Amplified Lipstick in Vegas Volt and it is soooo flattering, I love it. Although, the picture doesn't give its bright orange-pink color justice. (Unlike the first picture)

Thrifting & OOTD

This is gonna be a brief post since I'm about to leave to go to yakiniku with my coworkers. I made another video on my youtube channel, link to that here.


And I got another lip product from NYX. it's the matte lip cream in San Paulo and it is lovely~ It's pigmented and has a thin formula so it feels really natural.

Rimmel lipstick review

I finally found time to review all these and it's been some time since my last review haha.

First things first, in order of the picture I took. Here is Rimmel's Lasting Finish INtense Wear Lipstick in Crush. The color is like an orangey-nude and all of the ones I have from this collection are frosted which I wasn't a fan of at first but now I don't mind it. 4/5 since it's moisturizing but it could really do without the shimmer

Next is Airy Fairy which is the most natural pink. The shimmer isn't as noticeable so 5/5

Pinker Shimmer was also pretty natural looking but more vibrant than Airy Fairy. I wasn't really in love with it though so 4.5/5

This one is Dizzy and the color is more of a vibrant pink. I would've much preferred this without shimmer so 4/5 as well.

These two from the Kate Moss collection are just looooovveeeelllyyyyy. Shimmerless and thick and bright. This one number 04 is an orangey-red that stands out and I love it for that 5/5

I was compelled to buy this since I'm pretty sure it's the only true purple lipstick you can buy at a drugstore and the color pay off was brilliant. It looks streaky here, but with a little lip liner it would've covered it comepletely. 5/5

Still alive

Since it's summer and I work now I am buying too much stuff. Haha I can't even help myself. It's just that the mall is so close and there's nothing else to do on my days off. It feels great though and I don't regret it. Since my last post I went to the state fair and had deep fried oreos which were great and I was just scared to death and screamed my face off on the rides we went on.

First things first, I went to the beach for Kelsey's sister's birthday and although it was fun hanging out with Kelsey, her family, Chris, and Deanna, I realized how much I can't stand the cold anymore (such as being in the water) and I get an intense heat rash just laying on the sand.



I went Karaoke with my coworkers and I was worse than I remembered oh god. Just yesterday though, I went to the mall by myself then hung out with John and Shelley.
I used to go to Barnes & Nobles all the time just to read magazines and I really haven't had the time for it in a while but it was so great to finally relax outside by myself and go at my own pace.

For dinner we went to Marukame.

As well as these lipsticks. I really went out of my comfort zone with the purple though. But it was such a great shade and since I'm going to be a senior next year I figure why not, it's not like I'm acting out.

And while I was with John and Shelley, I had to go find a dress for my senior portrait and finally got this dress.

And got these accessories from Brandy Melville.

When I saw these shoes at one of the stores I immediately flipped out and ran in! They're not real Jeffrey Campbells of course, but they're the best mimics I've seen.

Prime Pastel

Got my wisdom tooth taken out 2 weekends ago and during that weekend home alone I took a bunch of pictures of myself and only got around to editing today. I won't be going to school tomorrow since I have another dentist appointment and my dad is taking me and my brother to pay respects to our grandmother since it is April.

Creepy Cute Continued

As I mentioned in my previous post, I dropped my camera and these pictures came back up for whatever reason. I like this cute yet gothic style that kinda accentuates the bags lol. (・。・;)
