Floral & Striped

Painted my nails with pink roses and a blue back ground. I need a new base coat! At least I'm pretty sure it's my base coat lol. SO MUCH BUBBLES! It looks like warts or something. .__. I did tribal last week but forgot to take a picture hahaha. So I used about 9 different nail polishes lolol. What I'm doing when I'm avoiding doing my homework. 8D

Cosplay show/performance!

The day was finally here! Everyone met up at one of the deserted parking lots at Ala Moana, but the only way there was through Nordstrom and me and Amy coincidentally met up with Scanty and Kneesocks (in full costume) We walked with them THROUGH Nordstrom and got lots of stares as you can imagine. (^-^|l) By the time we got to the parking lot, luckily, me and Amy already had our shirts on, (she didn't change into her pants yet and had to do that and binding in one of the people's cars lol. Everyone within a 4 meter radius had to turn the other way)

 The same person who let Amy change in her car let me borrow a wig for Rin. It was platinum blonde and long, but it was better than without one. ('-'*)

 Back stage where people finished up dressing/make up etc. I've gone to Ala Moana a bajillion times and have never been back stage.  It was WAY bigger than I imagined.

 Lol just some commentary and so you can see how hectic it was. I had to change into (Y)uni in under 2 minutes!!! Needless to say, things were lop-sided untied, etc. （￣へ￣）

 Scanty and Kneesocks!! There was a fight scene between them and Panty and Stocking and another with Cloud. I wish I got to see it!

 To be honest, the Panty was adorableee. If the video of the show ever pops up, I'll definitely post it. ( ﾟ▽ﾟ ) *these two pictures were from one of the helpers for the event.

We stopped by City Cafe for my brother to pick us up.

OOTD for picture day

Yeah, pretty much. I forgot to save new clothes for picture day, so I was like fuck it, I'll jsut throw on whatever. I've only given myself 30 minutes to get ready for school these days so I hardly have enough time to throw on any jewelery. (＾▽＾|l) I'm trying to get used to poses, but I'm pretty awkward turtle. （￣～￣;）

As the title implies, this is just gonna be a post on the pictures on from my phone (finally was able to get them ON!!! (ｏ`皿′ｏ) ) So they're all from various outings of mines. (＾∇＾|l)

 First up from however long ago this was., I went shopping with Jennifer because she needed make up for her cousin's wedding later that week. While we were at Don Quijote here blows the gayest kpop poster I ever saw! The fangirls must love it to bits. :3

 We went to Waikiki for lunch at this udon place caled Marukame. A bowl itself is pretty cheap, $3.75 for for mines and it was really filling. The shitty part is each tempura is $1.50!! What you see on the right is an asparagus and squid tempura.

 This was Jennifer's meal. (If you asked me, the wooden 'bowl' looks more like the bucket you wash yourself down with during a bath) She kept drinking the broth the noodles were sitting in when  I was pretty sure the stuff in the black bowl was the sauce you dip the noodles in.... (I saw an old guy who looked like he knew what he was doing eat it like so) She kept insisting the clear broth was soup so I tried it and it was bland so it was definitely not soup LOL.

 The bon festival in Manoa. At night, it was INSANELY windy and cold. I totally forgot about it until Macie mentioned it to me when I was about to go home. (I also went to this cute cafe in McCully called Coffee or Tea and they have a milk tea where instead of tapioca pearls there's pudding inside! It was soo good. ( ´ ▽ ` ))

 

 In my art class we were told to draw a person the size of the paper and I think I did pretty well, but he slowly starts to shrink LOL. I was running out of space and I was like, "CRAP!! HE CAN STILL FIT!"

 Rin's so frickin' cuuuuute. (*≧▽≦)

 I was having a day off when Dianna called me to go to Ala Moana so I took a quick shower before I left. (my hair was actually full of my brother's Gatsby hair wax because I was trying to making shark hair. :3)

 It was picture day on Monday and I can' believe my hair held the curls. (￣▽￣)

Yogur Story

So the cosplay fashion show is in exactly a week, and there was another meeting on Friday at this Korean cafe called Yogur Story to talk with the producer about what we'll be doing and junk. It sounds big and whatever, but it really isn't lol. ( *･ω･) It's less like a fashion show and more of a show case/performance. I don't know if I'm allowed to say anything about it... o__o I'll have one of my friends take pictures and stuff. (It's on the 27th of August at 5:00pm if you were wondering...) In my talk with the producer, he really wanted me to do Kagamine Rin and said that he could find a wig for me. (＾□＾*) I'm a bit nervous about my (Y)uni costume, plus I need different shorts. The ones I have are high waisted with nautical buttons. Me and Amy both need craft foam for our cosplay's details. Since we only have a week left, we really ought to get crackin'. (*｡_｡)

 Is it just me, or is Amy's Korean side seeping out of her. :D

OOTD, HK Yogurtland, AKB48/SKE48

 So last week Friday, me and Amy went to UH for a cosplay fashion show meeting at our mall. (I will be modeling, doing make up, and hair and Amy will be modeling and doing hair as well if you were wondering) After the meeting, we went to Yogurtland and they had cute Hello Kitty bowls and spoons! ♥

This is my outfit on Monday. There's this cute guy that transferred into my history class on that day and he's all girls are every talking about. I think he's pretty good looking, but girls are kind of making an overly huge deal about it. ('-'*)

*Also, while I was reading the latest issue of ViVi today, they mentioned the AKB49 manga and then I remembered AKB48/SKE48 filmed a music video at my school during the summer LOL. Here it is;

(Y)uni cosplay/shoot

So later on in the day of my last outfit post, me and Amy did a cosplay photoshoot. She was doing Len & Mukuro (she had a difficult time getting his personality to show up in her face, so they came out a little awkward looking) Link to her blog post. I got more pictures of my (Y)uni (Katekyo Hitman Reborn!) cosplay and so here they are. :3

I would have worn lenses in these, but they became uncomfortable so I'm ordering new ones. I'm pretty much dead set on these Dueba Puffy 3 Tone in Green.

Clothing haul

Not much, but I've been pretty broke these past couple months hahaha.

 These were originally skinny jeans that were too long for me, so I was like, "Fuck it, they'll be shorts." I bought them when I was in 7-8th grade which is about 3-4 years ago lol. They were a little big then but fit fine now.

 A black crochet tank with a pocket. My brother's girlfriend found it for me when we were at Jeans Warehouse. They usually have ugly clothes there but this was quite a find. ♥

 While looking through my mom's closet/drawers yet again, I came across this sweet crochet cardigan. :D

Went thrifting after school and got this denim collared shirt. It's a men's medium so that about a women's XL LOL. Yeah, it's pretty huge.
